Company Profile: IPH SCHOOL

IPH School started with a sheer dream of being a teacher supported with a word of faith to construct a school building which grew to a vision of preparing future leaders. After being challenged and led to meet the uprising need for Bible-based character building, IPH began operation in 1995.

It was established with a deep call to serve our nation and to usher this generation to know and fear God-the beginning of wisdom.

The Preschool Program started with twenty four children. IPH was then known as Intan Permata Hati which meant “Jewel of the Heart”, it was our School’s Motto to treat each child as precious jewel and to keep each child close to our hearts.

Kindergarten A – B Program opened the next school year.

God enlarged us paving way for the Elementary Department to shoot up in 1997. We started to relocate our Preschool and Kindergarten Departments.

In 2002, the institution expanded, a new branch was birthed in WEST side of Surabaya.

As years went by, the Middle School Department in 2006.

In 2007, after much prayer and preparation, IPH School was internationally recognized as a Cambridge International examinations Center.

Our mission to partner with parents in providing a holistic quality education to each child who comes to our institution continues to burn in our hearts. By God’s grace, we celebrated our First Batch’s IGCSE Cambridge International Examination Results with flying color in 2008 and graduated our First High School batch with eighteen students who garnered 100% passing scores in the 2009 National Examinations ( UNAS – Ujian Nasional Sekolah ).

IPH School as we are known today experience small and great miracles as we pass through different seasons. We then continue to bear the passion of touching lives, upholding the Biblical truths and making them center of our education, walking with professional teachers, supportive parents and wonderful students towards the clear vision ahead of us and seeing our vision come true in His time.

IPH Mission :

1. Character Building :
   Instilling, gaining solid foundation, developing and modeling Christ-like character through lessons focused on Bible characters and stories found in the Old, New Testament and History.
2. Creative and Critical Thinking :
   Providing students an active learning environment. Challenging the minds of each student to think critically in accordance to the Truth. Motivating, inspiring and moving each student to creatively use their gifts, talents, and abilities to bless others and glorify God.
3. English Language as Medium of Instruction :
   Using English language as a medium instruction to help students acquire oral and written communication skill fit for global understanding.
